Better
workshop
Rescheduled for Friday

ThinkTV Telecenter
110 S. Jefferson St.
Downtown Dayton, OH
The MCA-I Ohio
Valley Chapter is pleased to present
Sounds Better - a full day
workshop designed to help video pros create
better audio in their productions, during both
acquisition and post production. The
morning session will focus on recording audio
for video - beyond the basics (sound physics
101, microphone selection and usage, recording
in difficult locations, tricks and tips, etc.).
The afternoon session will focus on
optimizing sound in non-linear editing
(inputting and capturing audio, usings filters
and plug-ins, music and sound effects, mixing
and rendering, etc.).
With many years
of experience in all phases of corporate and
commerical audio production, instructor John
Rabius will focus on presenting practical
techniques and tips that you’ll be able to use
immediately in your productions. During the
question and answer period at the end of both the
morning and afternoon sessions, John will address
your specific questions and production situations.
This workshop will help both experienced and
novice video producers create noticeably better
audio in their productions, whether for broadcast,
web or multimedia applications.
This full day
workshop is only $99 for MCA-I members, and
$139 for non-members, and this includes
lunch and break snacks. We're also offering
a special deal - non-members can join MCA-I as a
full national member and attend the
workshop for only $249! Click
